Castel di Sangro<\/strong>, dominated the Colleggiata dell’Assunta is an architectural centre of the 13th century with two portals, Renaissance one and Romanesque one. Among the most famous dishes you find the “spaghetti alla chitarra”, the “stumps”, polenta, “gnocchi with cheese and eggs”; among the second dishes there are roast lamb, goat, sheep and mutton kebabs, cooked sheep, while the coastline’s famous “fish soup”; dishes made with truffles, the “scorzone”, pork sausages. Among cheeses there is the \u201cmarcetto\u201d (pecorino fermented with milk). Among the most famous flavors you remember saffron of L’Aquila. The most famous wines are Montepulciano d’Abruzzo and Trebbiano d’Abruzzo<\/strong>. For nature lovers there is the National Park of Abruzzo Lazio and Molise<\/strong> that host the Apennine Wolf, Abruzzo chamois and marsican brown bear.\u00a0 Don’t miss the shrines, squares and villages of Tagliacozzo, Scurcola Marsicana and for sports lovers in the foreground there’s definitely skiing, Alpine and cross country skiing, famous are the slopes of Campo di Giove, Campo Felice, Campo Imperatore, Ovindoli, Scanno<\/strong>.
