Agnone<\/strong>, c\u00e9l\u00e8bre pour la production de cloches pour les \u00e9glises c\u00e9libataires les plus importantes du monde.<\/p>\n

Pietrabbondante<\/strong>, le pays de la cornemuse avec son beau th\u00e9\u00e2tre.<\/p>\n

Sepino<\/strong>, avec les ruines de la ville romaine Larino.<\/p>\n

Termoli<\/strong>, station touristique et port, avec l’impressionnant ch\u00e2teau de Svevo et la cath\u00e9drale romane.<\/p>\n

Venafro<\/strong> avec le ch\u00e2teau de Pandone, la cath\u00e9drale romano-gothique et les d\u00e9couvertes arch\u00e9ologiques de l’\u00e9poque romaine et pr\u00e9-romaine.<\/p>\n

Main first disches are \u201cmaccheroni alla chitarra<\/strong>\u201d, \u201cpallotte<\/strong>\u201d with cheese and eggs, pasta with beans, polenta, roasted lamb and the turcinelli, made up of lamb innards and offal. The extra virgin olive oil, tartufo di Isernia and durum wheat pasta, cured meats, including the \u201csaggicciotti<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

The local wines are the Biferno<\/strong> and the Pentro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Les plats typiques du Molise<\/strong> sont bas\u00e9s sur les produits de la terre et de l’agriculture. Les principaux premiers plats sont les “maccheroni alla chitarra”<\/strong>, la “pallotte<\/strong>” au fromage et aux \u0153ufs, les p\u00e2tes aux haricots, la polenta, l’agneau r\u00f4ti et les turcinelli, compos\u00e9s d’entrailles et d’abats d’agneau. L’huile d’olive extra vierge, le tartufo di Isernia et les p\u00e2tes de bl\u00e9 dur, les charcuteries, y compris les “saggicciotti<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n
